A Work in Progress
and Love
Every child deserves the time, tools, advocacy, and community to become who they are meant to be.

A Night of Love
Join us in Miami for the first annual A Night of Love gala. One evening, three paths to progress: autism research, a school built around its students, and a lifelong community for families.
Hosted by Mitch Davis & Kris Hamburger
Our Why
We believe families shouldn’t have to wait for systems to catch up with their children.
We Don’t Believe in Waiting for a Child’s Life to Begin.
For many families, getting the right support can mean navigating complicated systems, long waiting periods, limited resources, and institutions that were never designed around the individual child.
When a child needs something, we should help them get it now.

Three Missions. One Continuum.

Advocate
We step in when families can’t afford to wait. Our Advocacy & Bridge Fund helps families access necessary services while they navigate public systems and pursue the support their child is entitled to receive.

Educate
We bring the classroom home. Through Alchemy School, we create individualized learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom and into everyday family life.

Build
We’re building a place to live the whole life. Our long-term vision is a living community where children and families can live, work, learn, research, and grow together — from childhood through adulthood.
A Place to Grow Up.
What if families didn’t have to leave one community every time their child entered a new stage of life?
The Living Community
We envision a place where children and families can live, learn, work, research, and belong together. A community designed around the entire life cycle.
Education, therapy, play, family support, and community.
Independence, social development, vocational exploration, and identity.
Employment, relationships, continued education, and independent living.
Meaningful work, community, housing, relationships, and purpose.
A place where people don’t disappear from the system when they age out of a program.
